Returns
We hope you never need to return your Razor product.
However if you do, please see our policies below:
Returns
- Returns of full priced products need to be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that products purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned so please consider this when purchasing.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of Razor receiving the returned product(s).
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like another Razor product, we will process a refund and then you can purchase the Razor item of your choice separately.
Before sending the item back please contact us for a Return Authority number.
Please note we will not accept refunds on unsaleable, used products.
Change of Mind Policy
Where you have simply changed your mind or made the wrong purchase, we will accept returns in most cases providing goods are:
- A Return Authority Number was requested within 14 days from the time of delivery. A Return Authority can be requested by contacting our customer service team here.
- Goods are returned to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
- Goods are returned in new, unused condition, unopened and in the original packaging. All tagging remains intact, and any accessories and/or manuals are included.
Please note spare parts incorrectly purchased for your product fall under our change of mind policy where return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. If you want to validate the correct part before placing your order, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
The original price of shipping will not be refunded on change of mind return
Faulty/Damaged Goods
If you received a damaged or faulty item, we do apologise, see below for more information:
If the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Examples of major failure are when the product:
- has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
- is significantly different from the description of the product; or
- doesn’t do what we said it would do,
- the incorrect item was shipped.
- Doesn’t work as per manual
- It does not include damage caused by misuse or returns simply due to change of mind.
- If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund.
If the problem is not major, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund if this is possible.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.
Before sending the item back please contact us for a Return Authority number.
Cost of Return Delivery
- Razor will cover the return delivery cost for orders received where the product(s) is incorrect as a result of our warehouse team, damaged in transit, or faulty. In this instance, if a replacement has been requested, Razor will also cover the cost of shipping a replacement product to you.
- Product(s) returned under the Change of Mind policy are to be done at the buyer’s expense.
