Delivery of your products

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed for dispatch.
• We recommend adding the tracking to the Australia Post App to receive tracking updates. Please note Australia Post are no longer leaving cards if you are not home to sign for your parcel.
• All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

• We will make every effort to have your order delivered within 5 - 7 days Metro and 5 - 10 days elsewhere.
• For the most up-to-date delivery timeframes, please check the Australia Post and StarTrack websites. If you need your order by a specific date, contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Delivery times may be affected by changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
• All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
• For our bulky items, delivery times may be affected due to the constraints of delivering a bulky item direct to home. Our courier will contact you to confirm a suitable day to deliver so please ensure to include your contact number when placing your order to avoid delay.
